This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between each user that choses to register as a seller “Vendor,” and mbolo.net, a multivendor ecommerce website, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform,” collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for Sellers wishing to sell their goods on the Platform.

  1. Description of Goods
  • 1.1. The Vendor shall provide a detailed and accurate description of the goods they intend to sell on the Platform, including but not limited to product specifications, condition, and any relevant details that would aid the customer in making an informed purchase decision.
  • 1.2. The Vendor acknowledges that any misrepresentation or failure to accurately describe the goods may result in the Vendor’s liability for any consequent returns or disputes.
  1. Acceptance of Returns
  • 2.1 The Vendor shall abide by the Platform’s return policy and procedure.
  • 2.12 The Vendor agrees to accept returns from customers in cases where the goods received do not match the description provided on the Platform, or if the goods are found to be defective.

  1. Liability Exoneration
  • 3.1. The Vendor hereby acknowledges that mbolo.net, the Platform, is acting solely as a marketplace for the sale of goods and is not the seller of the goods listed by the Vendor. Therefore, the Vendor shall hold mbolo.net free and clear of any liability arising from the sale of goods through the Platform.
  • 3.2. In case of any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from the sale of the Vendor’s goods on the Platform, the Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold mbolo.net harmless from any losses, damages, or costs incurred by mbolo.net as a result of such disputes or claims.
  1. Compliance with Laws
  • 4.1. The Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the sale and shipment of goods, intellectual property rights, and consumer protection laws.
  1. Termination
  • 5.1. This Agreement may be terminated by the Vendor by deregistering from the Platform, and the Platform may deregister a Vendor. The Vendor shall be required to fulfill all pending obligations, including processing any pending returns, at the time of termination.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • 6.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
  • 6.2. Any amendments to this Agreement will be notified to all Sellers through internal communications systems.
